My persona

My blog is called zucchinifries00 because I loved the now discontinued zucchini fries from Trader Joes. And the 00 represents that I was born in 2000, because I think it’s pretty cool that if I ever forget how old I am I can just look at the last two digits of the year. I’m a chemistry major at UCSC and I hope to go into chemical engineering to develop compostable plastics, eco-friendly consumer products, or plant-based meats. I’m passionate about animal rights and environmentalism, and I love to cook/bake and run. I’m a pretty quiet person so writing is the only way for me to voice my opinion, which is something I am very thankful for. I don’t consider myself to be a very strong writer, so hopefully you will be able to understand my POV in my blog posts.
